Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note: Customized and engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Evermore Jewellery is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

To request a return, please email evermorejewelry2024@gmail.com before sending your item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item
  • A damaged item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will repair, replace, or provide store credit where appropriate.

Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a 30-day manufacturing warranty covering defects caused by manufacturing faults only.

Examples include:

  • Broken clasp due to manufacturing defect
  • Loose jump ring due to assembly fault
  • Defective soldering
  • Faulty chain links caused during production

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost charms
  • Missing jewelry due to accidental loss
  • Broken chains caused by pulling, snagging, or excessive force
  • Bent, scratched, dented, or damaged jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or misuse
  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, seawater, or cleaning products
  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations

Each warranty claim will be carefully inspected before approval.

Color Warranty

Our stainless steel jewelry includes a 6-month color warranty against abnormal fading or discoloration under normal use.

The warranty does not cover discoloration resulting from:

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Perfumes or cosmetics
  • Swimming pools or seawater
  • Abrasive cleaning products
  • Scratches or surface damage
  • Improper care or misuse

If you believe your jewelry has experienced abnormal color fading within 6 months, please contact us with your order number and clear photos.

Charm Bracelets & Charm Necklaces

Charm bracelets and necklaces should be handled with reasonable care. Multiple hanging charms place additional stress on the chain and connectors, and overloading a chain may increase the risk of damage.

Please note:

  • Customers are expected to follow the Jewelry Care Instructions provided with every purchase.
  • Lost charms are not covered under warranty and cannot be replaced free of charge.
  • Damage caused by pulling, snagging, impact, excessive charm weight, improper handling, or failure to follow the Jewelry Care Instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.
  • Chains that break due to excessive charm weight, overloading, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear over time is expected and is not covered under warranty.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Evermore Jewellery will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide store credit for the affected item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, you will receive store credit, which can be used towards a new purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit equal to the purchase value of the returned item.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned outside the 7-day return period
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Replacement Policy

A maximum of one replacement or exchange will be provided for any original purchased item where a claim has been approved under this policy.

Once a replacement item has been issued or store credit has been provided, the original claim is considered fully resolved. No further replacements, exchanges, or warranty claims will be accepted for the same original purchase.

If a replacement item is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect upon inspection, Evermore Jewellery may, at its sole discretion, repair the item or provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

Promotional Discounts

Where an order has been purchased using a promotional discount, coupon code, bundle offer, or special promotion, any approved return, exchange, or store credit will be calculated based on the actual amount paid for the item(s), not the original retail price.

If returning part of an order causes the original promotion or bundle conditions to no longer be met, Evermore Jewellery reserves the right to recalculate the order at the applicable regular prices. Any exchange, or store credit will be adjusted accordingly.

Discounts and promotional offers are one-time benefits and cannot be transferred, reissued, or applied again to replacement or exchanged items.
